Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made trough Namas – Sea, whether via this website, Etsy of direct contact (such as Instagram).

1. Who we Are

Namas.sea is a handmade jewelry brand created by Amber (the “Artist). My website address is: https://www.namas-sea.com (the “Site).

2. Copyright, ALL RIGHTS RESERVED

• All website design, text, graphics and other material on namas-sea.com are property of the artist
• All images and artworks shown on this Site remain the property of the artist. No form of reproduction for commercial or non-commercial use is permitted without prior permission from the Artist.
• The Artist has the right to reproduce all the artworks displayed on the site in print or any other format deemed appropriate.
• Artwork purchased on this site is for personal use only. For all other purposes, such as wholesale, permission must be granted by the Artist. Please contact us with any questions.

3. Use of the Site

• All content on the Site is the opinion of the Artist
• These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of The Netherlands
• We may collect and process the information about you that is provided to us through forms or correspondence that you send. This information may be used to operate, manage, develop and promote the Artist’ future events, exhibitions and special offers, new products or artworks that have been added to the website.

4. Products

All products are handmade and may differ slightly from product images.

These variations are part of the natural character of the materials and are not considered defects.

5. Pricing

All prices are listed in EUR (€) and may change at any time.

Custom pieces are priced individually based on materials, design and time. Before starting a custom piece, customer must agree on the indicated price of the custom design.

6. Purchases via Etsy

Some products are sold through Etsy. When you are redirected to Etsy, your purchase is subject to Etsy’s own terms and privacy policy.

Namas – Sea is not responsible for the policies or practices of Etsy once you leave this website.

7. Direct sales (Instagram & personal orders)

Some items are sold directly via Instagram or personal contact.

In these cases:

– communication, payment and shipping are handled by Namas – Sea

– payment must be completed before shipping

8. Payment

Payments are processed either:

– via Etsy (for Etsy orders), or

– manually (for direct orders)

9. Shipping

Orders, with exception to custom orders, are processed within a few days. Custom orders are processed when finished, this depends on design, materials and communication between customer and Artist.

Shipping times may vary depending on your location. Once an order had been handed over to the shipping provider, Namas.sea and/or the Artist is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and will be added to the product price.

Direct orders are shipped using PostNL. 

10. Returns & Exchanges

Because each piece is handmade, returns must be handled with care.

For non-custom items:

– If you are not satisfied with your purchase, returns are accepted within 14 days of recieving your order.

– Items must be returned in their original condition.

– To return at item, customer is responsible for shipping costs

Custom-made pieces are non-refundable.

11. Custom orders

Custom pieces are created in collaboration with the customer.

Once a custom order is confirmed and started, it cannot be canceled or refunded. Custom designs will start only once a 50% non-refundable downpayment has been recieved.

If a customer provides their own materials (such as shells or stones), the Artist is not responsible for any loss or damage or during the creation process, although all care will be taken.

12. Jewelry care & responsibility

All pieces are made with natural materials such as stones & shells and other materials that have been used may have sharp edges and should be handled with care.

Namas.sea / the Artist is not responsible for damage caused by improper use, exposure to water, chemicals or wear over time.

13. Liability

Namas.sea / the Artist is not liable for any indirect or incidental damages resulting from the use of it’s products.

14. Privacy

Personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

15. Changes to terms

Namas.sea reserves the rights to update of modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.

We do our best to ensure all information on this Site is accurate, however, Namas.sea reserves all rights to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions at any time.
